Victor, a young man with cerebral palsy who dreamed of working, was treated by the APAE of Araras. He embarked on a journey of overcoming challenges and development toward inclusion in the job market. With ongoing support from the institution’s multidisciplinary team, he participated in therapies, workshops, training, and personalized support that strengthened his autonomy, social skills, and professional development. After this process, he was hired by a partner company, becoming an example that, with opportunity and support, people with disabilities can occupy their place in society with competence and dignity. His story is an inspiration to the community and reinforces the importance of real and effective inclusion.
